Building healthy bodies, minds, and spirit in community
In the beginning, time and culture are our friends. We have all the time in the world, and our culture loves young people. At one point, usually around 40 for most of us, we become aware that time is a finite resource and our culture is starting to work against us. It can feel like we’re in a two-dimensional chess game with two formidable opponents – time and culture. We’re all playing that same game as we transition into the second half of life.
Join our community, and engage with like-minded people who are learning how to outsmart time and culture. Get away from the clutter, distraction, and negativity of social media and engage at a different level of learning.
